I'm the only practicing Feldenkrais® teacher in Pittsburgh, and I'm excited for the growing community of people practicing somatics in Pittsburgh.
What is somatics?
Somatics (put really simply) is learning through the sensoral body.
Feldenkrais® specifically uses your nervous system to improve your experience of self in motion. One could say Moshe Feldenkrais was one of the first people to apply neuroplasticity to movement. The results are truly amazing!
